10th Annual CounterPoint
User Conference
March 4-6 marked the
10th anniversary of the
CounterPoint User
Conference, where the
Specialty Retail
division took over
Baltimore’s Inner
Harbor. More than 200
CounterPoint users
attended, as well as
retail channel partners,
and 13 exhibiting
companies and sponsors.
Highlights included a
private event at
Baltimore’s National
Aquarium, keynote
speaker Bob Negen,
sessions on CounterPoint
software and
development, marketing,
training and the Radiant
Retail Solution, and
attendees’ opportunities
to network with key
Radiant personnel.
